You’ve heard of Hello Kitty restaurants, Hello Kitty cafes, and other Hello Kitty establishments. Now, get ready for… a Hello Kitty jeepney.

Yup, you read that right. There’s a Hello Kitty-themed jeepney that exists in Pampanga.

Paul Sese shared the photos of this rare jeepney on Facebook, gaining popularity from netizens.

In Paul’s photos, we see that the jeepney’s interior is completely covered with all things Hello Kitty. From the steering wheel to the passengers’ seats–it’s all Hello Kitty pink.

Paul shared that he was on his way back home when he saw this jeepney in the terminal. It so happened that he was the first passenger at that time, and that’s why he was able to take great photos of it.

It was a great experience, said Paul. He also noticed that all the other passengers would instantly smile at the sight of this themed jeepney.

One of the jeepney’s greatest characteristics is that it serves as a canvas for the creative minds of jeepney drivers. You’d probably notice how jeepneys would have all kinds of interior decorations and even paintings on the side of the jeep. This one is the best I’ve seen.

What do you think of this themed jeepney? Have you seen any other cool jeepneys? Share it with us below!

An elderly woman has been selling vegetables  into sidewalk in Tarlac City.

By: Era Nunag

When we see an elderly, in her 70’s, working in spite of his age, we feel remorseful, thinking she should be at home relaxing and not carrying a "Bilao" with vegetable that she has to sell.

Netizen John Paul Guevarra Fernando posted a photo of an old woman selling vegetables in Tarlac City sidewalk market, making him wonder.

Despite the hot weather, she has been seen tending her stall.

It is kind of inspiring. Diligence, Sacrifice, and Love. This Lola is a true definition of hard working. When you see her in the sidewalk of Tarlac, City, please spread the love; smile at the old woman, and buy a vegetable from her. And for those who want to extend more help to Lola contact us at

FAMILY OF SLAIN NBI OFFICER SETTLES WITH ‘KILLER-COLLEAGUE’ FOR 1 MILLION PESOS

Justice served?

By: Nelson Bolos

After almost 3 months of seeking justice, the family of slain National Bureau of Investigation officer Laverne Vitug, entered into a “P1 Million settlement” with the “killer-colleague” April 12, 2017.

Vitug, a security officer of the NBI Tarlac office, was shot dead at the parking lot of the Triple 888 Cockpit Arena in Capas town last January 26.

The suspect who was charged with murder was identified as another NBI official from Manila, Atty. Boy De Castro.

After the shooting, De Castro was able to elude arrest and remained at large.
The out-of-court settlement was approved by an official of the Tarlac Prosecutor Office whose name was requested withheld.

According to the source, the “settlement meeting” was held at the prosecutor’s office and was attended by Vitug’s wife and his siblings who received the settlement money.

The source who also requested not to be named also said, “Wala ng galit sa mga mukha ng mga pamilya ni Bernie (Vitug), lungkot na lang. Mukhang tanggap na tanggap na nila ang nangyari sa kanya”.

Quoting police reports, the misunderstanding between the 2 NBI officers who apparently do not each other started when De Castro approached and reprimanded Vitug for wearing an NBI uniform while betting in the cockpit arena.

Vitug was allegedly irked and demanded from De Castro to show his NBI badge which led to a heated altercation. At the Triple 888 parking lot, Vitug was said to have drawn his revolver gun to force De Castro for his badge.

But when De Castro was about to leave, the police report says Vitug poked his gun to him.
De Castro then alighted from his car and hurled his NBI badge and shot Vitug 3 times.

De Castro fled after his shooting while Vitug was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead-on-arrival.
